Rolypolys no Sekai Daibōken a 1997 point-and-click adventure game developed by OutSide Directors Company and published by Shinko Music Entertainment. It is the sequel to Rolypolys no Nanakorobi Yaoki, which released eight months prior.
Storyline
On one fine morning, after waking up from bed and stepping outside, Pon finds a newspaper on the ground and reads to find out that Otane-chan, Pon's favourite music idol, had been kidnapped by Tengu of the Forest. With the help of the Del Montas brothers, Pon enters Tengu's cave finding Otane-chan trapped in a locked door, before Tengu descends down to meet Pon. Pon pleads with Tengu to change his ways and release Otane-chan in exchange to become Pon's friend, however Tengu refuses, claiming that as long as he have Otane-chan, he don't need anymore friends. As Pon rants at Tengu, Tengu then tells Pon that the door can only be opened with 7 keys, which were hidden around the world, before ascending and disappearing. Pon decides to set on a journey to recruit his fellow friends, find the 7 hidden keys, and save Otane-chan from her imprisonment.
