Storyline
The Case of the Consecutive Student Murders in Class 2, Grade 3 at a Public Junior High School in a Certain Prefecture. September 7, 1997. It was autumn, just one week after the start of the new school year following summer vacation. This bizarre murder case occurred at an ordinary public middle school. The brutal and grotesque nature of the deaths, coupled with all victims being from the same class, sent shockwaves through society. Furthermore, the fact that the perpetrator, the culprit, was also a male student from the same class caused a huge uproar.
